새해의 결심은 매주 새로운 것을 요리하는 것이었고,
고기가 필요 없는,
좋은 요리법을 찾아서 우리 가족 취향에 맞게 변경했습니다💙

A New Year’s resolution of mine was to cook something new every week or so, I found good recipes which require no meat and altered them to fit our taste, we enjoy these💙 here are the ingredients

[Veggie Bolognese]
– 1/2 white onion, diced
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 3 Tbsp olive oil
– 1 pack of tofu
– 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
– 1/3 cup tomato paste
– 1 medium sized carrot, grated
– 2/3 cup (200ml) vegetable stock
– 800g tomato purée
– 1tsp salt & pepper
– 1tsp dried oregano
– 1tsp paprika powder

[Marinated tofu]
– 1 pack of tofu
– 2 tsp onion powder
– 3 tsp smoked paprika
– 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
– 4 Tbsp soy sauce
– 3 Tbsp maple syrup
– 2 Tbsp vegetable oil (I usually use olive oil)
